Hello, I tried to open a chartbook sent to me by my friends and they all do not show any data and the chart is blank.
screenshot attached below I already activated Full CME group market depth and package 11 data

Open the chartbook and then select Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service. This will change the symbols in the chartbook from your friend, to the symbols you are using with your trading service. You should get data after that.
