Option to Extend Rectangle Tool?

Hi, I was wondering if it wasn't to much of a problem if you could put an option in to extend the rectangle draw tool? If I want to do that now I have to adjust the anchors which at times can be a bit of a pain. I like to mark key areas on my Numbers Bar charts and having this option would make things a lot easier. Thanks |

There is not an option within the Drawing Properties, but if you right click on the Rectangle, you should have an option for Extend Drawing. That will convert the Rectangle to an Extended Rectangle. If the option for Extend Drawing is not on your right-click options, then go to Global Settings >> Customize Chart Drawing Menu and you can add the option. Hi John, Two things ... first, thanks a lot for the advice. Second, boy do I feel like an idiot. I can't tell you how long I have used this tool and never noticed that. I like to think(hope?) it was because I was too caught up in my trading. :-) All the best. |
