It seems that "Orders and Positions" window doesn't get any data for Symbol F.US.USAM14 (CQG). I have other symbols active (for CL, ES, JY and GC) and they work OK.

The problem is only for "Trade Stats for Charts" Tab. The orders are correctly reported in the "Orders" Tab.

There could be a few different reasons for this. Refer to the documentation for how the Trade Stats for Charts tab works:

I see where the problem is (after it drove me crazy). CQG considers that every tick is 0.00001 USD (instead of 31.25 USD) so the amounts in USD were there but they were much less than 0.01 USD so the display was showing 0.00.

The problem is that if you change the amount from 0.00001 to 31.25 in the "Chart Settings" -> "Advanced Settings 2" -> "Currency Value per Tick" (as I did previously) it is not taken into account in the "Trade Stats for Charts" P/L.

It must be changed in "Chart Settings" -> "Main Settings" -> "Edit Global Symbol Settings"

The problem was the Currency Value Per Tick setting that we had for these bond futures was not correct in the case of CQG.

It has now been corrected. Restart Sierra Chart to get the updated settings for them.
