AFTER SELECTING RITHMIC DIRECT AND NEXT CHOOSING "SERVER LIST" TO FIND TOPSTER TRADER CHICAGO... THE LIST IS BLANC AND CANT FIND NOTHING. I HAVE CLOSED SC AND OPEN AGAIN BUT NOTHING. I HAVE A LIVE ACCOUNT AND Denali Exchange Data Feed. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

After selecting Rithmic Direct - DTC in the Current Selected Service, select OK to close that window. Wait 10 seconds and then open the window again (Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings) and then select the Server list and it should be populated. This is Step #9 in the setup instructions.
