Hi, for some reason I received this notice today and I don't know why. I am a client of Advantage Futures and the Sierra chart is included in their package.

Can someone clear this up for me?

i seem to have the same issue. somehow the initial login for SC i still use the velocity futures login credentials. this was continued with ILQ. not sure what the deal with advantage is on this.

Yes, I've been having trouble since the transfer from Velocity to Advantage. I might have to switch to another broker.

You will need to begin to pay for Sierra Chart usage time yourself.

To do this select Help >> Add Usage Credit from within Sierra Chart.

The reduced pricing has now been implemented. It is an increased discount when paying for multiple months. This was the only way we could implement this in a short time.

Hi,

As you probably know, Advantage had finally included SC usage for free for former ILQ/Velocity customers. Earlier this month we received a notification stating that we will have to pay for SC by our own starting on August 2014. Can you make the offer you did to former Velocity users valid for another three months? I have seen that the offer is not in place anymore and, at the end, we couldn't use it.
