Dom not showing pulling and stacking numbers

I am currently using level 11, and chose the level 12 service for the trial period, and I can't get the pulling and stacking numbers to show on the DOM...it only shows the best bid/ask. What do I need to do? https://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?Image=1651684850765.png

You would need to have the Market Depth data in order to see the Pulling/Stacking. Right now the exchange you have active does not include the Market Depth data.
