SC Data Feed not working.......

I no longer am receiving data from your Data Feed. The [M] is no longer showing up and I am not getting data from SC. This just started, after I restarted SC after 17:00 CST. I am on the CTS Sim server.

Can you use your Live CTS account?

You will be able to connect with version 1123 and earlier. We are very leery of allowing the Sierra Chart CME feed to be used on a CTS simulation account due to exchange rules. Someone may only be authorized for delayed data but we cannot easily detect that.

It is not a problem in your case, but the problem is it can be a problem in other cases.

I don't understand. I've been using this setup with CTS sim since you released your data feed, months ago. This is with Topsteptrader. Did you make this change today?

One question we have is do you have a live CTS account?

If so, we can do the same thing we do with IB where we only require a connection to it once a month and then you can you can you simulation as much as you want. This is no problem for us to implement.

The change was a few days ago.

What will do is make an exception for Top Step Trader users. This will be implemented in the next release coming out today.

We need to know what the Firm setting is in File >>Data/Trade Service Settings for Top Step Trader

No, I do not have a live CTS account. I had a live CTS account.

The Firm is "PTP".
