When I open an intraday FX chart I only get e date for the past 3 or 4 days.

When I switch to a historical chart the date does back to last Sep or later as a daily chart.

Is there something in SC blocking the printing of more days of data?

Still do not get adequate data. Both tick/non tick were set at 186 Days to down load set at 40. EUR/USD has 7 or so days. GBP/USD has only 3 days.

The data does not seem to be down loading as only one day is stored in file? Could this be an issue with the data provider?

We see now that you are using OEC. We did not check on that previously.

We now understand the nature of the problem. The historical data you are getting is coming from OEC and they have a very limited amount of historical data.

What you need to do is enable Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Support Alternate Forex Historical Data.

After this re-download the data as instructed in help topic 42.1.
