What TPO Chart settings are these?

I know that these are from a sierra chart TPO of ES, but I don't know how they made the blocks so thin and had a LOD, Range, Bid Ask Delta displayed over the days TPO.

In terms of the TPO blocks, there is a "Letter Font Size" input.
