Cannot connect to CQG

I switched from TT FIX to CQG, broker DDT. I already notified my broker that I am receiving the message log

CQG Trading: Logon unsuccessful. Info: Logon failed: Trader is not enabled to use SierraChart client application. Please contact your FCM. | 2014-04-24 14:35:40

but they told me to notify SC support. Here's the log, thank you.

This is not very good. We are being burdened with a lot of these questions. And clearly this is the responsibility of CQG and the clearing firm to resolve. We have no control over the connection and authorization to CQG.
