HI SC support

I have updated the symbol setting (6E) as explained and applied the new setting to existing charts. Daily charts and historical data have the correct format e.g. 1.3800 all intraday charts have the following format 138.0000. I am using version 1126. Please advise how I can correct this issue...thanks

Re-download the data in the Intraday chart by selecting Edit >> Delete All Data and Download.

Also select Chart >> Chart Settings >> Advanced Settings 2 and make sure the historical and real-time multiplier's are set to 1.

Yes I did a full reset yesterday and the format setting for intraday charts has not changed. The price display format in chart settings is correct however something is amiss when the charts are loaded with data.

Can you disable the Continuous Futures Contract option. See if that makes a difference. This is the only other item that might somehow be causing a problem.

There should not be a problem. This is what we get:

Hi SC, I have found that one reason the price display format is being changed is due to the volume weighted average price study. I created a blank chart (price format was correct e.g. 1.3800) and applied my normal studies however when adding the VWAP the scale changed to the incorrect format. I'm not sure how to resolve the issue now. I have changed the value format to either .0001 or inherited but the scale remains incorrect. The TPO study is also causing the scale to change to the wrong format.

Please note that when the VWAP and TPO studies are applied to historical data e.g. daily charts the price format in the chart is correct. I am only experiencing incorrect price format for the 6E on intraday charts when these studies are applied. I have loaded another copy of SC and can replicate the issue with the price format when applying the TPO study e.g. the blank chart has the correct format 1.3800 however when the study is applied it changes to 138.0000

This makes no sense. There is nothing about those studies which would affect the underlying price data.

We applied a TPO Profile Chart study to the chart and it still looks correct:

We do not know what the problem is at this time. It is not making any sense at all to us. None whatsoever based upon what you are reporting.

Yes I agree it makes no sense and I'm hoping you can help to correct that. What I'm reporting is what's happening when I apply the studies mentioned. Attached is an image of the TPO study applied to the 6E. I applied the default TPO study but you can see we are getting different price format. What would cause the price format to change when the study is applied?

And what are the Real-time and Historical Price Multipliers set to in Chart >> Chart Settings >> Advance Settings 2?

The TPO Profile Chart study will not modify the data in this way. It is not capable of that.

Thanks SC. Removing all data files and a complete download solved the problem. I really appreciate the remote assistance on this occasion. Thanks again
