Hi, How can I create an alert for when volume is less then a certain number on volume profile once price moves to a new bar? Thanks. |

You can not get the Volume from the Volume profile directly. So you would have to get that from another source, such as the Cumulative Daily Volume or the Relative Volume studies. Refer to the information here: Cumulative Daily Volume and here: Relative Volume Then you would need to create your alert based on this information along with the rest of what you want to occur. I’m sorry, I still can’t figure out how to make the alert with those studies. I’m not trying to alert total daily volume but a specific volume at price. For example I want to alert when volume at price is less then 5000 at the close of price. I apologize for not correctly explaining my original question. Thanks. |
