We suspect because they have been exhausted by all of the issues. It is not only that particular broker, other brokers have been having difficulties with getting the CQG accounts properly configured.

This is not a good situation. The broker has not responded to us and we do not know what the status is of your account. We provided them these specific messages:

Market data subscription status for F.US.ETM14: Real-time data for instrument F.US.ET (corresponding to ID = 3) are not allowed. | 2014-04-25 23:05:49

The F.US.ETM14 symbol is Crude Oil WTI - ICE. Is this what you really want to trade? Do you want to trade crude oil on the NYMEX instead?

Also in regards to these ICE exchanges, there may be substantial exchange fees which have to be paid.

The CQG symbol for the CL NYMEX contract is: F.US.CLE?##

The ? and the ## represent the month and year.

We have not heard back from your broker about the exchange authorizations for your account yet.

it is the symbol, but this graph and DOM is not working as well as gold, ng, copper, Russell also does not work, yet you did not call a broker? , I got them last night on the live chat and they told me that they solved problems with ninja trader and firetip and to work ok ... but you still have problems with coordination sierra chart data, do you have more of such cases?

We have contacted your broker, but your broker is not responding which we understand to mean is refusing to provide further help. This is not good. They are not taking responsibility for the problem.

If you are happy with Sierra Chart, then we recommend that you move to another broker. You can find a list of supported brokers here:

The problem with your CQG account has to do with its configuration on the broker/CQG side. This we cannot control.

There are other cases of this and these are issues on the broker/CQG side as well. Apparently brokers and clearing companies are not very familiar with how to use the CQG system.

very satisfied with the platform, it looks like I'll have to change the broker, I'm interested in one of these broker's recommendation, with regard to responsibility and see that most of the DOM as a trade this right, I would have liked to have left the house because I'm used to long time, depending on what you get is always left home with any broker? thanks

Also when it comes to good support for trading and your data feed, Infinity would be the best choice for you. So we do recommend you have a look at them. So you would be best off working with Infinity to avoid any future problems with data and the configuration of your trading account.
