I'm missing a bit of data from the rollover feature on continuous contracts. The date and vol result in some time time or data gaps. Would you guys know if this is broker or SC side?

I am using Optimus with Rithmic Data. Under the rollover settings, The Chart loads mid-march to present. It will not load anything before march. I also get an error message - the picture of the dialog box is attached.

In the dialog box it describes the problem as: Daily data file for Symbol (CLU12) existed and is empty. Skipping download.
I recently copied my Sierrachart data folder, into a new version of Sierrachart. I have already tried deleting the daily (.dly) files. I do not know what else needs to be done.

Thank you again.

IMPORTANT - Solved most* all of my problems.

Either I've been deleting erroneous files from my SC data file, repeatedly, for about 60+ minutes of trial and error. Or I've been downloading files incorrectly. I updated SC (don't know if this helped), found and deleted any SCID or DLY files <2 KB, and deleted and re-downloaded all data.

This has solved the issue - (the files were already stored as 1 KB files, and so were not being written over).
