Symbol not updating

Russel 2000 futures contract (tf201406-nybot)stopped updating for no reason. Data feed is IB, everything looks good in the trader work station but not Sierra Charts for this symbol. I had the problem earlier today and rebooted my computer, all worked good for about 30 minutes. I have the latest SC revision. Suggestions

All symbols are updating properly but this one symbol. I tried the corrupt file fix by going to the start date of the file, deleting and then reloading. When it finishes reloading it shows the correct price point at the moment but does not update at all. Any other suggestions

From user: I talked to IB. The problem is the latest TWS build 944.3 has a problem that they are currently working. It does not update data from NYBOT. IB does not charge the $90 monthly fee for the NYBOT. The problem should be fixed this week. If I downgrade TWS to the previous version 936.9 I get no data for any symbols, so I will have to live with it until IB fixes the issue. Thank you Sierra Chart Support

You will just have to wait until the problem is fixed at IB or you can use the symbol TNA, its the small cap 3x ETF that track TF exactly

Yes that is a good savings. Initially they waived the fee if you made one trade on the exchange every month. Now they have lifted that requirement.

The sad part about the ICE exchange fee is that brokers can get away with waving the fee but in our case, because we are considered like a data provider, there is no way for us to avoid it. The 90 USD ICE fee has to be collected. We think that exchange fees should be done away with completely or if they are imposed, they should be consistently imposed without waiver and be 5 USD or less per exchange.
