I just upgraded to 1123. I use CTS data for charting, but enter trades with the CTS DOM. I have been using this set up for over a year, with Sierra and CTS running at the same time. With the upgrade this am, SC forces a disconnect of CTS, and the CTS message is "you are logged in at another location"

Never had this as a problem before, any suggestions?

I just got off the phone from CTS. He says he is getting flooded with phone calls from Sierra users concerning the problem. He says it is Sierra's problem...... Sierra please respond.

This problem is due to a change with the CTS T4 system. We did get the information about this from CTS on Friday last week. This does not give us much time.

The necessary change on the Sierra Chart side has not been implemented yet.

We will try to get a release out in a couple of hours to resolve this.

We have logged into the T4 desktop software and we also connected to CTS with Sierra Chart using the same CTS username and Firm. We have both connections being maintained without any disconnect.

While you have the CTS T4 desktop software running, connect to the data feed in Sierra Chart using the same CTS Username and then when you get the error message indicating you are logged in at another location, press the Send For Analysis button on the Sierra Chart Message Log. Let us know when that is done here.

The problem is you are using Sierra Chart and the T4 desktop program on different systems, according to CTS.

You really need to contact CTS futures about this directly. Here is their website:
http://www.ctsfutures.com/

We do not control the connections. They are fully controlled by CTS and they have access to their own connection log files.

It was CTS who said that you were logging in from different computers at the same time.
