Before when I had a 5 minute esm chart and I typed in 3m, I got a 3 minute esm chart, great. Now if I do that I get "Symbol settings not found for current service" Does SC not support a 3 minute chart any longer ?

It's possible that what you had typed in was thought to be a symbol rather than just the chart timeframe change. Refer to the following regarding changing the symbol from the keyboard and the 3 sections after it which give you information on how to turn this off: Changing the Symbol of a Chart: Quickly Changing the Symbol of a Chart to a Symbol for which a Data File Exists For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

Didn't do a thing, but everything's working like normal this AM. Blame it on Comcast.

Same problem as before, I went to general settings but could not find ( Support symbol entry from chart window) Could this be a server issue ? Will try in the am tomorrow.

In the new General Settings, the option to turn on/off the Symbol entry is in Global Settings >> General Settings >> Chart >> Support Symbol Entry from Chart (it's under the Symbol section under the Chart tab).
