When you update to version 1122 and using TT FIX and you are on package 3 or 5 you will have historical data.

The only current limitation is that the data is delayed by 10 minutes upon connection to the data feed. But if you stay connected to the data feed as much as possible, this should not be too much of a problem.

To change your Sierra Chart service package, select "Help >> Account Control Panel" on the Sierra Chart program menu. On the displayed webpage, click on "Change Service Package".

The remaining service usage time on your account will be adjusted based upon the cost of the package you are changing to. If the new package is a higher-priced package, then the usage time will be reduced due to the higher price.

There is no charge for changing your Sierra Chart service package. Only your usage time is adjusted.

The delay limitation will be resolved as soon as we can. We are trying to work out a solution with the FCM with that.

Hi, I'm not sure if this would be the problem yet to resolve:
when I open SC(TT feed) the backfill isn't complete (the last 10 min is lacking), after that would be OK, but this two 5 min bars are lacking, could I now fix it somehow or must I just wait until you fix it?
Regards

Yes, in the case of TT FIX, the historical data will be delayed by 10 minutes.

The solution to this for the time being is to use the Sierra Chart Real-time and Historical Exchange Data feed:

In the case of Deep Discount Trading, in order to have backfill which is not delayed you will need to use CTS T4 or Rithmic.

Or you need to use the Sierra Chart Real-time and Historical Exchange Data Feed.

It is 35 USD/Month plus exchange fees. For the CME, the exchange fee is 4 USD.

Follow through the set up instructions here:

Why is this specific to DDT and not all the other brokers? Do all the TT brokers use TTNET or are they using a lessor version?

Due to the nature of the issue, this is something we do not want to have publicly discussed on this board.

At this point, we are unable to provide real-time historical data for CQG and TT FIX for Crossland.

Janos/User, isn't DDT/Crossland completely dropping the TT feed anyway? I believe you will need a new trading feed regardless.

Our understanding is that Crossland is dropping TT FIX.
