Symbol Settings not found for current Service

Hello, I am trying to access the following symbols $M5DP, $M1DP, and similar symbols like these. I upgraded my symbols setting from 250 to 750 yesterday but I continue to get a error message saying "Symbol Settings not found for current Service"

Please explain why I can not get real time updates on these symbols and why do I continue to get that error message.

Follow the instructions here to update the Symbol Settings:
Global Symbol Settings: Update Global Symbol Settings

Re-download all the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download". You just need to do this once per symbol and not for each chart.

We do not see any errors for those symbols any longer.

Make sure the symbol settings are up to date:

Follow the instructions here to update the Symbol Settings:
Global Symbol Settings: Update Global Symbol Settings

You can only get historical Daily Data for those symbols.

To access the data for them:


Set "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Current Selected Service" to "SC Data-All Services".

Press "OK"

Great, needed to update global symbol setting and it's working now.

Different question, how do I change the color of rank bars, all of the up bars that are greens, I would like to change the color of that.

Please let me know how to do that, screenshot attached.

Right, I know that much and have played around with a lot of these settings but nothing seems to have an impact on the ranko bars chart. So my question is specific to changing the color of rank bars and which specific setting in the Graphics Setting will allow me to do that? Thanks

Thanks, I have done that but there's no change whatsoever. I am using Ranko Bars with Wicks, and have played around most of the graphic settings and color does not change for some odd reason.

There are two Graphics Settings windows. You may be using the wrong one. Refer to:

And are you using the Renko Intraday Bar Period setting within Chart >> Chart Settings. Or the Renko study?

I have changed the Chart >> Graphics Settings but nothing happens,

Yes, I have changed the color for up fill and outline to white but nothing changes for ranko. See attached screenshot.
