I currently have service package 5 plus CBOE feed. I upgraded to service package 11 with Denali + the Nasdaq feed. My account still shows that I will owe for both packages and feeds. I want to only pay for package 11 + Nasdaq and CBOE feeds. How do I get to that point? Thank you

If you no longer need CBOE Indices we can cancel the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed for you and the CBOE Indices.

If you are interested in just the CBOE S&P 500 volatility index, an alternative would be to use the volatility index futures with the CBOE Futures data feed which the Denali Exchange Data Feed provides by activating the CBOE Futures/CFE exchange.

I have returned to Sierra chart after a 5-week hiatus. I installed the newer version and paid for service package 11. I only use Sierra for Market profile and charting. Everything seems to be working except for my SPX charts. I noticed in the new chart settings interface that my chart only goes up to 4/1/2022 and is (read-only). On my chart, it cuts off at 1:00 pm EST on 4/1/2022. How can I get this to update? I follow SPY, IWM, QQQ, SPX. THank you

The first thing is that since you are using the NASDAQ TotalView data, you need to ensure that your symbols have the -NQTV suffix added to them. Otherwise, you would not be getting the data from our NASDAQ TotalView, but rather delayed data from our older data connection.

If you do have the -NQTV on your symbols and you are still not able to see data after 4/1/2022, then let us know.

Yes, I am currently showing:
SPY-NQTV [CBV-D] [M]
QQQ-NQTV [CBV-D] [M]
IWM-NQTV [CBV-D] [M]
SPX [CBV-D]

SPX is the only one not updating

SPX is an index on the CBOE. In order to get that data you would need to use the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed and activate the CBOE Indices exchange. Refer to the information at the following link, which also includes Setup Instructions:
