1) buenas noches estando en AMP FUTURES adquirí con ustedes el paquete 11, el cual se me venció en octubre 19 de 2021, tuve que alejarme unos meses, por eso no renové después de vencerse mi fecha de renovación, pero ahora quiero reanudar con el paquete 11 en mi cuenta de AMP FUTURES, pero tengo dudas sobre si mi cuenta de sierra chart que tenia en AMP FUTURES (AC133732), sigue estando habilitada o con el cambio a "cuenta directa" me cambiaron de cuenta, no se si entrar por esta misma cuenta (AC133732) y simplemente pagar?. 2) Si cojo el plan de 6 meses y pago hoy, comienzan mis 6 meses desde hoy o comienzan desde el día que se me venció (19 de octubre de 2021)? |
