Why are NASDAQ indices missing the first 15 seconds of each day?

I'm looking at stock index charts with 1 second bars. For the non-NASDAQ symbols I tried ($INX and $DOWI), the first 1 second bar was at 09:30:01. For the NASDAQ symbols I tried ($UIXX and $IXF$), the first 1 second bar was at 09:30:15. Is there a way to get these first 15 bars? Date Time Of Last Edit: 2022-03-03 20:58:15
