I can't open Can't open general trade settings, chart trade settings, chart DOM settings under Trade menu or Global Settings menu. I have restarted my computer and still can't open. Nothing happens when I try to opem

Select Windows >> Reset Windows and you should be able to get these to open after that. Let us know if you continue to have an issue.
