Delayed data after signing agreements

I signed my agreements as a ‘professional’ when I should have not. I don’t know if this affected my delayed data issue. I have disconnected and reconnected my data and made sure my symbols are correct.

Having signed as Professional would affect the data. You need to redo the agreements and make sure you sign as a Non-Professional and that you enter your Broker/FCM information where it asks.
