Orders going through but stop/limits rejected from Trade Order window

Good morning Sierra crew, Yesterday suddenly while trading I would get an error when sending orders, error posted below from this mornings error. The strange thing is my orders still execute, but my stops/limits were not in these orders (from Trade Window) so I was having to manually manage them. If I order from the DOM, it respects my ticket-order and would work fine (stops/limits). Also the Trade Service Log window is constantly popping up while this is happening. I am using SierraChart, Denali Feed Adv 11, and CQG (Tradovate). Trade Order Error - CQG order update. Status: REJECTED. Text: The order type is not allowed for the commodity. You would need to check with your broker about why those orders are being rejected. There is something about the Order Type that is a problem.

Any order with a stop loss, trail to break even, or target. Still waiting on them to reply, unfortunately I blew up my account today because of this.

This is a very good reason why you should use the Teton order routing service because the bracket orders are fully managed on the server and if there is going to be a rejection, this rejection would have occurred at the very beginning and you would have known about it before at the time of order entry and the entire order set will have been rejected preventing even an entry into the market. What was the target order type? Was it a Market if Touched order? There should have been no reason the Stop orders were rejected. Yes, some were Market If Touched and I agree with you; if there's a problem with any part of my order the entire order should be canceled.

That order type is the reason for the rejection. Use only a Limit order type for the Target order.
