Hi Support, With the new real time Sierra data feed, from what I read it connects seamlessly with the trading account charting platform. For the purposes of retrieving historical charts for example with a CTS trading live or sim account, do historical charts come form the Sierra data server directly for all values of delta and tpo profiles for example? And lastly how far does tick by tick historical data go back for contract months to retrieve? Thanks. |

Yes.There is at least 3 years of tick by tick data available. For the EUREX there may be less. We would have to check on that. Is there any demo trial period for 1 to 2 weeks or something as such to experiment with the charts and data only for a short period of time before having to purchase month to month? |

There is not a trial for the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed. This data feed is an expense to us when it is activated on an account.

good day Please advice, I updated the Sierra (version 1120) and now me delay the rendering price comparison candles included (rendering lags by some three seconds), I've probably tried everything to set it and it does not work, so now I turn to you how to set it back to normal .... thanks in advance P.s Martin G Pukanec Date Time Of Last Edit: 2014-04-17 17:32:29
