Setup of CL futures showing delayed data

I need to understand what I need to do for my account to have real time data and depth of market for crude oil futures. I have searched the documentation and can't seem to find anything. I have a chart for CLJ22_FUT_CME and also a DOM and they both show Delayed. Thanks Kurt |

You activated the CME with Market Depth for Non-Professionals exchange. This is the CME exchange, not the full CME Group. Crude Oil (CL) is traded on the NYMEX. Therefore, you would need to activate an exchange option that includes the NYMEX (such as the NYMEX with Market Depth for Non-Professionals or the Full CME Group with (or without) Market Depth for Non-Professionals). You can access the exchange options at the following link: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed#Exchanges Keep in mind, that when you activate any exchange at this point, you will pay the full amount for the exchange for the remainder of the month in which the exchange was active. So you may want to wait until the beginning of next month before activating the new exchange. For example, if you activate the NYMEX with Market Depth for Non-Professionals today (February 23, 2022), then you will pay the full $11.00 USD for the remainder of February (3 trading days) and then another $11.00 USD on March 1 for the data in March.
