Hi SC, got the problem with TF ladder today... please see attached screens. How to fix that? Ver. 1118, IB data feed for this symbol. Thanks.

If I open a new ladder, I get even worse picture.

You just need to select File >> Disconnect and then File >> Connect to Data Feed. This resets the market depth data.

Hah, but a reconnection removes all recent bid/ask data from the ladder... Hope you can find a fix for the root of the problem...

Interesting... Honestly, I did never see such a problem with a ladder until today. Now it seems to be OK but markets are already closed. I'll update you in this thread anytime soon if the problem appears again.
