In Sierra Chart Server Settings, I've set the Max Historical Market Depth Days to Download to 5. In chart settings, Number Of Days To Load >>Market Depth is set to 10. Thanks! |

Go through the instructions at the following link to ensure that you are setup to receive the historical Market Depth data: Market Depth Historical Graph: Downloading Of Historical Market Depth Data Also note Step #8 that gives information on how to force a download from a specific point in time. Make sure you try this as well. For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

Thanks for the help John. I did all the things on that list (including download from specific point in time, but the downloaded data still isn't showing). Thanks

Select Edit >> Reload and Recalculate. See if that fills in any additional data as it goes out and reloads the data.

It seems to be working today. Solution wasn't Reload/Recalc... Not sure what did it. Previously it wasn't downloading the depth for each day, today it is finally deciding to download (I saw the "downloading" window pop up). Thanks for the help, John.
