SC Real-Time Datafeed Setup

Today I made a payment for the SC realtime data service (full CME Group with market depth). I've been using this service before and all worked right but now I am troubled to set it all up. I've followed all the instructions provided but there is only chart with the "M" showed up and it is NYSE-TICK chart which is included to the SC package 5 I am using. All other charts with symbols as YM, ES or NQ do not shows the "M" so I guess they're still running on my OEC datafeed. Any advice, please?

One thing to check is that you need to be connected to your OEC Live account from Sierra Chart.
