Problem with the time charts

Hello, I just bought the 11 Data Chartsat 46$. The payment was ok. The problem is that when I put in 10 minutes on tradingview I see the market moving in real time and on Sierra Chart the chart is 10 minutes late. How can I fix this problem? Thanks

You have not gone through all of the instructions to get the real-time data. What are the exchanges for which you want real-time data? For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
