Well, if you look the image, you can see the following info regarding thr RR tool: entry = 1.2990 Stop = 1.2980 difference 9T (instead of 10T) Target = 1.3010 difference 18T (instead of 20T) So R/R: 1.9 which is wrong In summary: Data is wrong(Differences and calculation) I hope It is clearer now. thanks |

This would have to do with the following settings in Chart >> Chart Settings: Price Display Format (Needs to correspond to the Tick Size) Tick Size (needs to be correct) Adjust Tool Values to Tick Size (make sure this is enabled) Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. In the spreadsheet study, sometimes the prices are incorrect, like P/L, for example it should be 350.00 and it's 349.9989752 ... I have seen several numbers this way, so this sounds like it could be related.

You need to change the Number Format of those cells. As far as I can tell, this will only change the displayed format of the number, so when I reference this number in another calculation, I would still have to use floor/ceiling in order to get the actual correct value.

You could do that, or not be concerned about it and just round off the final Calculation by using the Number Format setting.
