No Market Depth Shown in Trading DOM (Brokers IB and Infinity Futures)

Hello SC, As I use SC today, I realized that market depth data disappear from my 2 copies of Sierra Chart (see attached) as I use 2 brokers for different instruments. This is quite strange as I use SC everyday and everything is OK yesterday. I updated the Infinity one to 1119 but market depth still not shown. For IB, the version I use is 1115. Pls advise. Hello SC, That's strange! Shortly after the post, I can view the market depth in my trading DOM via Infinity. However, still can't view the market depth in the one that is from IB (version 1115). What is the cause of this? Any advise? Should I upgrade to pre-release 1119? |

Hello SC, Market depths are back now for both IB and Infinity. Will let you know if it happens again. |

OK, we are not understanding the color settings though you have on the Trade DOM. We only see a single price and that does not make sense. Most likely this looks like some kind of color settings issue. When you see this, you need to show us the Market Depth window with Chart >>Open Market Depth Window.
