Wrong "Net change %" readings in a quoteboard for some symbols

Hello SC, please see attached file. "Net change %" readings in my quote board differ from those "DCh%" readings in charts (at least for ES, NQ, TF, YM, didn't check others). I see the same difference in any spreadsheet I create (though "Dch%" are always correct in charts in ver. 1118). Unfortunately have no idea what caused it, but it is confusing a little bit. Could you please take a look into that? As well readings in a quote board update slightly slower than in charts. Ver. 1118
The second question - how to set an automatic alert for a fresh day high/low for a symbol a in quote board?
Thank you.

2nd question is closed. The "highlight new high/low" feature in quote board graphic settings is what I was looking for.

Any response please? Would be highly appreciated... I just can't identify whether it was a problem with Sierra chart software/servers/connectivity or with my system...
As well there is another question - is it possible for you to add support for open interest (currently zero for any contract), options call and put volume columns (for underlying futures contracts) to quoteboard (or just simply call/put ratio maybe)? I mean something like this (see attached file)... Thanks in advance for your reply...
I would also like to ask you to add OJ symbol (orange juice, ICE US) for IB, if possible... Thanks.

we will be getting to this as soon as we can.

Open Interest is available as field for the Sierra Chart Quote Board. If it is zero, then there is no data available for the symbol from the particular Data or Trading service you are using .

We will add orange juice to the IB symbol settings.

OJ has been added to the IB symbol settings. Restart Sierra Chart to get that.

Thanks. I'm using Sierra Chart real-time CME data service. Or open interest data come from the trading service which is IB?

So you want open interest data for futures? We need to check on that.

It is not a critical point, just was surprised it didn't exist. I mainly use OI for spread trading and for identifying futures rollover timing. Would be better to have these data in SC as well (if only adding this to SC is not a time consuming process or a big job).

Open interest data is currently provided with the Sierra Chart Real-time Exchange Data Feed. Give us an example of one symbol where you do not get this.

I suspect the quoteboard receives data from the trading service not from SC feed. It might also explain lagging and difference in quoteboard/spreadsheet readings vs charts. I'm not sure though, just an assumption... BTW what does field Percentfromlow show (in quoteboard)? Didn't find it in documentation.

The Quote Board does receive data from the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed, if subscribed to it.

We see that the open interest data is not being passed through from the Sierra Chart server. We will work on that.

We will document the Percent From Low field.

This will be solved in the next release:
"Net change %" readings in my quote board differ from those "DCh%" readings in charts
