Hello, I am wondering if there is an easy way to draw a line that develops during the day and keep the historical values of the line on the chart as the day unfolds. I currently have the day's mid line plotted on my chart. It works well, but is a straight line (I have tried stair step too, no luck) of the day's mid level. As a day unfolds, the mid of the day is likely to be different at 10:20 am as it will be at 1:20 pm. I want the value of the day's mid at 10:20 am to be preserved on the chart as it was the time it was calculated and not to have one long straight line move up and down the days range as the High or Low changes. Any help or information is appreciated. Thanks

If you use the Study Subgraphs Average study of the Daily OHLC study's High and Low to get the day's midline, and you set the Daily OHLC study's 'Graph High And Low Historically' to Yes, you should get what you want.
