I got this today... You have the following other Sierra Chart accounts (based on email address): xxx my name xxx - Last Login: 2021-03-17 03:33:08 (10.11 months ago) Make sure you are making a payment to the correct account. To ensure you are using the correct account, log into this page by selecting Help >> Add Usage Credit from within the Sierra Chart program. I only have 1 account. I logged in yesterday Please check on this for me |
