Connection Limit amount exceeded? account is fine, only 1 connection used. Please help me fix.

hello

is there any issues with the stock data feed? checked control panel and my account is fine, but the data feed is frozen, it only updates if i quit sierra then relaunch it, but then again its frozen, the tickers are not moving, and yes theres volume because the tickers are changing after relaunch. im comparing them with my brokers charts and the issue is on sierra side.

any help would be great. im connected fine to the feed.

im getting this "connection limit" error {pic attached} i only have 1 instance of sierra open, nowhere else, ive restarted multiple times.

as you can see, only 1 sierra running, nothing anywhere on another pc etc. please help to fix. ive even changed password to trigger any possible connection anywhere, obviously i dont have another connection open, but changed the password. Still same issue

what? ive changed the password this am, theres no chance of this, wouldnt that cancel all of this out? can you cancel this or how is this solved? im in canada

One connection is from Argentina and the other from Canada.

Change your password again:
https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=ManageAccountInfo

And then we will see how to disconnect these connections.
