i have never used sierra data before. i seem to be having issues getting the data to start feeding in real time, please have a look at my account to see if i purchased the correct data or my account is updated.

Also i beleive i followed correct instructions bt let me know if anything i have to to my program to activate data.

These are considered stock/ETFs and these are not available yet. They will not be available until next month.

The data feed only provides data for futures and indices. Not stocks or ETFs.

We may be able to refund part of the data feed cost.

Please let us know if you want the data feed refunded as soon as possible.

And for the Sierra Chart usage time for package 5, what we can do is give you an extra month if you will not be using Sierra Chart this month and will be using using it next month when the stock data becomes available.
