hello having an issue with range bar charts. My candle bars are not displaying correctly, on a day or number of trades chart type we are not seeing any issues. I thought it may have to do with the scale but I do not think so. Any tips are appreciated. I've attached two screenshots (working and notworking). Not working is using range bars and working is using number of trades. |

That is bizarre, what I would do is to try different range bar settings (6 of them) and different tick numbers (I see you have set it to 8 ticks now) see if that would make any differences. |

we finally got it fixed, we did a delete and re-download data that seemed to resolve the problem. Thanks for the suggestions.
