Hi,
In 2014, you did not support the requested feature of suspension of current subscription time. You might think that over as it would be a customer friendly approach and certainly technically feasible without too much working time.

The way to accomplish this is to set your account to a 1 month Service Package which renews month-to-month and then set it to Disabled when you want to suspend it. You can do that on this page here:
