AGN Futures... and they clear with Philip Capital.. and they told me I'm all set with Sierra.. Can you call Chris Darak at AGN and see what's causing this? Also is that why my charting service is delayed and not real time?

This time I tried option 2 which is SC - TT which must mean Teton.. There's also a Teton spelled out but it doesn't designate Sierra Chart.. Should I be trying that one?

First, go through the instructions at the following link starting at Step #6:

This will set up your connection to your trading account, which it sounds is setup to use the Teton Order Routing Service. Note that Teton and TT are two different things. TT stands for Trading Technologies, and our older service worked with them. The new Teton Order Routing is a direct connection to the CME Group.

Once you are done with the above and able to connect to your trading account, then you need to go through the instructions at the following link to setup your Denali Exchange Data Feed:

Once you have this completed, then open your Chartbooks and select Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service. This will ensure that you have the correct symbols in your charts for the currently selected service.

BTW, my Denali data feed has been set up for a week now.. I just need it linked to my trading account and it says no trading account is assigned.. I also informed my broker again my account says its not assigned.. Please look at the pics I attached and advise... thanks
