I've done the monthly connection to my broker but I'm still getting delayed data, please advise.

Your exchange selections did not renew on January 1, 2022. In order to reactivate the exchange you had active previously, go to the Recurring Services page and scroll to the bottom where you will see the exchange listed with a button that states "Reactivate Exchange". Select the button to reactivate the exchange and you will be getting the real-time data again.
