CTS disconnecting

I just switched over from Rithmic to CTS, this is my second day using CTS. Yesterday I had at least 3 disconnects, and today I've already had 4 disconnects. With Interactive Brokers, I might of had three disconnects a year, with Rithmic, I might have had three disconnects a year, with CTS, I'm having 3 disconnects a day! What's going on?

We do not know because this involves an API component which is explained here: http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?l=doc/helpdetails76.html Although the T4 API does maintain a log file that you can look at. The logs are in a subfolder of the folder that Sierra Chart is installed to. We are changing the integration method to use FIX with a direct network socket. In this way, there will be much less problems and if there is a problem, the socket error would be shown to give you an idea of what the problem is. This is likely a broker issue, and is probably not Sierra or CTS related. I have not had any CTS disconnects.
