Hello,
We are having problems downloading historical data for the 'XAUUSD (Gold/US Dollar)' on daily base or longer. We tried to alter the date via 'edit - adjust data / delete all data and download'. In the window 'last date and time to adjust' the date is set on 26/02/2014. We've altered this date to the date of today but the system doesn't change it.
Please assistance to solve the problem.

Restart Sierra Chart.

Open the XAUUSD chart.

Select Edit >> All Data and Download.

Post a copy of the Message Log, by following these steps:

So you are not seeing the Message Log? Or the chart is blank? If the chart is blank we need to see what the Message Log says so we can understand the problem.

Please provide the Message Log.

There is something wrong with the Global Symbol settings in your copy of Sierra Chart. Perform a Full Reset of the Symbol Settings as explained here:

After this is done, Go to the daily chart and select Edit >>Delete All Data and Download
