Delayed denali exchange data feed and adjust stop loss/target orders

Hi,

Im trying to use denali data feed (Data trade services => SC data - all services) through my amp futures account but the data feed is delayed... I was using CQG data feed before, but I far as i know CQG is no longer supported by sierra chart.... already logged at my CQG login to verify professional status but the data still delayed, how can I fix it?

The second question is about adjusting stop loss/target...... placed a order by the trade window, I would like to adjust the stop loss/target by simply dragging the stop/target on the chart, what should i do?

The reason for the delayed data is because you do not have any exchanges activated for the CME Group on the Denali Exchange Data Feed. It looks like you did have an exchange active back in September, but it did not renew on October 1, 2021. You can activate the exchanges you want at the following link:

We do not know why you state that we do not support CQG any longer. That is not true. We still have support for CQG and expect to continue to do so for the foreseeable future. And, as you have done, you need to connect to your CQG account in order to verify your non-professional status.

In terms of modifying the order, you can do exactly what you are stating. Just grab the order line on the chart or trading DOM and move it to the desired position. If confirmations are enabled, then once you have the bar in position and let go of the pointer, then you will get a confirmation that you want to move the order to that location, otherwise, it will just do it.

about the delayed data, I activated the exchange data and its working now

about modifying the orders, I tryed to drag the SL and TP lines but I cannot move them, confirmations are not enable.... im missing anything?

Global Trade Settings Windows: Use Click, Release, Click Method to Adjust Orders (Global Settings >> Chart Trade Settings >> General >> Order Entry)
