I activated and paid for Sierra Data Feed but not getting any real time data

the charts are not moving. i checked all the posts mentioned in threads on this https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/SelfHelp.php&Source=Board&ForumID=0 i verified all settings are correct on my end but still no result.

We see that you have activated a connection on the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed, but you have not activated any exchanges. Were you looking for data that would be part of one of the exchanges within the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed, or did you want data from the CME Group, EUREX, or CFE, in which case you would need the Denali Exchange Data Feed.
