Hi I am using Sierra alongside cqg. Trading NQ today Sierra was considerable slower to update prices than cqg (especially in the opening couple of hours). I have the advanced setting on the dom to "update interval in milliseconds" set at 10. Are there any other settings to change to be on par with cqg? Thanks |

Have run into this before. In my case, had to do with multiple charts set with very short update intervals. What are all your other chart update intervals set at? Are they 10 too? Try this, open a new chartbook with just the NQ dom, set it to 10ms and then compare it to CQG. My guess is it will be identical. Also check for Overlays if you use them. Too many or certain chart type overlays will bog response times. |
