Scrolling Direction in DOM

When I scroll using mouse wheel inside the DOM, the prices move in the opposite way of my scroll that I would expect based on the way I traditionally use scrolling on a web page. If I scroll a mouse forward, the web page moves up. I would expect if I scroll forward in the DOM, the price ladder would move up.
