Hi Support, I have an issue on my charts where I place a Trailing stop order, the price is reached so the order is triggered, but the message log shows my order is rejected even though the order becomes active. Also, the Trailing stop & Target lines disappear from my chart meaning the only way I can exit the order is to use the Flatten button. This does not seem like correct behaviour to me. Not sure if this is a Sierra charts problem or a CQG problem. Please assist. https://www.sierrachart.com/Download.php?Folder=TicketingSystem&download=57825 https://www.sierrachart.com/Download.php?Folder=TicketingSystem&download=57826 |

The attached orders are being rejected, not the primary order. The line just above what you show gives the information where it states "The Order Type is not allowed for the commodity". You would need to ask your broker what exactly was incorrect that caused the rejection. Quite often it is the Time in Force setting (although we do not know for sure). Refer to the following: Attached Orders: Time In Force For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
