Hello, I am subscribed to receive stock data but my charts are not updating. What do I need to do? I am paying the $10.50 monthly charge to receive the data feed. Thanks |

It looks like your Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed did not renew on October 1, 2021 due to insufficient funds at that time. You will need to setup the data feed again to get the data. But I paid a few days ago to renew the Equities datafeed...Does it show this?

We see on December 3, 2021 that you tried to reactivate the exchange, but since the data feed was also not enabled, that activation failed. We see that you have everything up and running now, so you should be good. Also, you can view the transactions for your account by selecting the Transaction Log and Payment Receipts link on the Account Control Panel for your account on our website.
